Friday Weddings

A signed contract and $1000 + tax reservation fee secures your date.
Music and Bar conclude by/before 11 p.m.
Add Thursday
for a Friday Wedding
4:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday only rental for
$1,000 Thursday rental fee (peak), or $850 (off-peak).
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite.
If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days
for less than a Saturday rental.
Saturday Weddings
$6,850.00 Off-Peak (November through April)
$8,000.00 Peak (May through October)
Friday Access Hours: 12 p.m. - 12 a.m., Bridal Suite at 9 a.m.

Please Note:
We require a $1M event insurance policy with The Legacy Barn listed as the additional insured. This can easily be done for under $300.00.
Michigan charges a 6% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written and signed, not the date of the tour.
