The Legacy Barn is not only incredibly flexible and competitively priced, but you have the option to choose your vendors. This allows you to decide on the food, decor, and the entertainment that is ideal for you. This guarantees that your special event comes out just the way you want. We also have select decor included in your price so you have less to worry about.
ANY DATE THAT FALLS ON A HOLIDAY IS SUBJECT TO A HOLIDAY SURCHARGE.

- Venue is completely climatized so we can accommodate year-round weddings and events.
We do not provide linens, but you can contact New Image Linen Service for those items.

Location
Located 10 minutes north of Lapeer where you are close to lodging. We are less than 40 minutes from the closest airport (Flint) for all of your out of town guests. There are also several Airbnb options in the Lapeer area.

Bridal Suite
Take the stress away from getting ready for the big day by getting ready in our spacious Bridal Suite. You will have access to the suite as early as 9 a.m. at no extra charge. Furnished with comfortable furniture, full length mirror, 4 makeup/hair stations and a private bathroom.

Groom's Room
The guys need a room too! Rustic man-cave feel, comfortable furniture and a big screen TV.

Caterer's Kitchen
Large kitchen with ample counter space and the essentials needed for your caterer to utilize. Included: refrigerators, large sink, and microwave.

Climate-Controlled
Whether your ideal wedding is in the heat of summer or in the snowy winter, our climate-controlled barn will keep your guests comfortable.

Something Borrowed
We have trendy decor pieces that you are free to use as part of your rental. This is optional and we welcome you to bring in your own decor if you choose.
All rentals are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax

Access to the venue Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
for decorating, rehearsal, etc.
Access on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m.

Sunday & Weekday Weddings
We offer select Sundays and weekday events starting at $3,750

Please Note:
We require an event insurance policy with The Legacy Barn listed as the additional insured. This can easily be done for under $300.00 Our insurance carrier Nuptial, will contact you.
Michigan charges a 6% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written and signed, not the date of the tour.
The Legacy Barn has no hidden fees. We offer linen service for an additional cost. (This is completely optional and you are free to use your own linens)
