The Legacy Barn is not only incredibly flexible and competitively priced, but you have the option to choose your vendors. This allows you to decide on the food, decor, and the entertainment that is ideal for you. This guarantees that your special event comes out just the way you want. We also have select decor included in your price so you have less to worry about.

- Ample Parking (handicap parking too)
-Beautiful Bridal Suite with private bathroom - features 4 hair & make-up stations. Great photo opportunities.
-Groom’s Room with ample space for the men to get ready - a man cave feel with comfortable seating.
-Caterer’s Kitchen with plenty of workspace, refrigerators, microwave and sink.
- Great location near lodging and Flint Bishop Airport
- Many trendy décor pieces for you to use (included)
- Venue is completely climatized so we can accommodate year-round weddings and events.
We do not provide linens, but you can contact New Image Linen Service for those items.
All rentals are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax
Friday Weddings
$5,400.00 Off-Peak (November through April)
$6,400.00 Peak (May through October)
Friday Access Hours: 12 p.m. - 12 a.m., Bridal Suite at 9 a.m.
A signed contract and $1000 + tax down payment can secure your date.
Music and Bar conclude at 11 p.m.

You can add Thursday from 4:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday only rental for
$1,000 Thursday rental fee (peak), or $850 (off-peak).
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite.
If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for less than a Saturday rental.
This is a great option for many of our couples!
Saturday Weddings
$6,350.00 Off-peak (November through April)
$7,600.00 Peak (May through October)
Saturday Access Hours: 12 p.m. - 12 a.m., Bridal Suite at 9 a.m.

Friday / Saturday Rental Option:
Access to the venue Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
for decorating, rehearsal, etc.
Access on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m.
(access to Bridal Suite at 9 a.m.)

$10,000.00 Off-peak (November - April)

Sunday & Weekday Weddings
We offer select Sundays and weekday events starting at $3,750

Off-Peak (November - April) - $4,200.00
Weekdays - Peak (May - October) - $4000 /
Off-Peak (November - April) - $3750
Sunday Access times: 1 p.m. - 10 p.m., Bridal Suite at 10 a.m.
Weekday access: - a 5 hour timeslot
This timeslot can be determined at time of signed contract

Please Note:
We require a $1M event insurance policy with The Legacy Barn listed as the additional insured. This can easily be done for under $300.00
Michigan charges a 6% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written and signed, not the date of the tour.
The Legacy Barn has no hidden fees. We offer linen service for an additional cost. (This is completely optional and you are free to use your own linens)
