is helpful to you when visiting The Legacy Barn.

What you need to know.

  • Location

    We are located approximately 10 miles north of I-69. Our venue is situated 700 ft off of M-24 (N. Lapeer Rd) and nestled among the trees. Our drive is on the right/east BEFORE the entrance of the Deerfield Plaza.

  • Fully Climatized

    No need to worry about enjoying your time at The Legacy Barn. We are nice and cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.

  • Indoor Restrooms

    We have full size restrooms to accommodate our guests, each are handicap accessible. There is also a baby-changing station in the women’s restroom.

Other Helpful Information

  • We have two high chairs available upon request.

  • Smoking/vaping is only allowed on the back patio (ashtrays located on top of the garbage receptacles) and on the front porch (there are two pedestal ashtrays) No smoking inside the venue.

  • No alcohol can be brought into the venue by our guests. You will enjoy the bar that your hosts have provided and will be served by the bartenders onsite.

  • No illegal drug use will be tolerated on the premises.

  • Cornhole and the outdoor firepit are provided for guest enjoyment, but only available from May - October; November - April weddings are upon request, weather permitting.

  • All guests can enjoy the reception area and the grassy areas surrounding the venue while at the venue. No one should be in the wooded areas.

  • All children must be under adult supervision.

  • No vehicles can be left overnight so please be aware of this and make plans accordingly. There is a carpool lot available 1/2 mile south of the venue. Click HERE to see this on a map.

  • Other items not allowed on venue property: firearms, glitter, confetti, fireworks, floating lanterns, helium balloons, etc. No bubble machines allowed inside the venue.
